The Military Council Airstrikes Again in Kyaukme
The TNLA-controlled Kyaukme town was reportedly bombed again by the Terror Military Council at midnight.
The Terror Military Council jets bombed the construction office in Ward 7 (aka North Hill) of Kyaukme town for the 9th time, killing one civilian and injuring two others.
A local man from Kyaukme said, “Yes, they fired again at around midnight last night. There were casualties. One more person was killed, two others were injured. Two persons. It’s night time so I can’t go and see.”
The airstrike bombing killed 49-year-old Daw Moe Su Hnaung on the spot, while 19-year-old Maung Phyo Than Zaw was hit in the face, hand, and leg, and 17-year-old Maung Saw Htun Lin was seriously injured in the leg and hand and was taken to a hospital in another township, the local man added.
On June 24, at around 5 pm, two jet fighters bombed the area near the mosque in the downtown area and the Sanpya restaurant in Ward 4, killing 4 locals and injuring 9 others. In addition, 24 civilian homes, including a mosque and a nunnery school, were damaged.

This was the ninth airstrike bomb in Kyaukme by the Terror Military Council without any fighting, once in 2024 in Ward 8, once in Inkyin Taung Ward, three times in January, once in March, twice in May, and twice in June.
