The Miliary Council Attacks Mongngao by Bombing, A Bridge Destroyed

The military council bombed Mongngao town, which is under the control of the Ta’ang National Liberation Front- PSLF/TNLA. 

There were no casualties in bombing the bridge entering Mongngao at 12:50 on July 14, today. 

The township administrator of Mongngao Ko Aung Khin said, “(The bomb) didn’t drop in town. It dropped at the bridge. The bridge was built during the British era. They put security there. Two 250-pound bombs were dropped. One was dropped first and the plane came back and dropped another one.” 

The airstrike killed one soldier from Nam San Mang Loi village, who was guarding the bridge security gate, and injured three soldiers on duty.

In addition, a 250-pound bomb was dropped, damaging some parts of the bridge.
