Airstrikes Hit Civilian Quarters in Mangton

The Terrori Military Council carried out an airstrike in Mangton, Ta’ang Region, at 12:40 p.m. today.
On the same day, October 19, the Terror Military Council also bombed the Nammawal Ward Fire Department in Namsan Town and Loi Pein Village in Mong Ngao Sub-Township.
A local woman from Mangton shared her account: “I don’t know if they came to Mangton after the Namsan bombing. People weren’t around in Mangton. Today is Sunday, so people usually go to church. Only one person was slightly injured. Nearby houses were damaged.”
The bombing in Mangton damaged four houses, and one woman sustained a slight injury to her right hand.

At approximately the same time today, 12:25 p.m., the Nammawal Fire Department Office in Namsan and the Loi Pein Village Monastery in Mong Ngao Township were bombed, causing extensive damage to the monastery building and a shelter, a fire brigade truck, a tealeaf factory, a house, and a civilian car.
