Six Killed, At Least Seven Injured in Kwan He Village Airstrike by Military Council

Initial reports indicate that the Terror Military Council launched an airstrike bombing at 8:36 p.m. on Kwan He village in Ta’ang Nam San Township, instantly killing six villagers.
A source said, “It dropped in Kwan He, it fell in the village. The exact number isn’t known yet, but there are about four deaths. We are still checking. Two houses were hit.”
The investigation later revealed that the airstrike bombing killed five women and one man in the village, injured at least seven others, and destroyed more than 10 houses.
In addition, an aerial bombardment was launched at 9 p.m. on 11 Mile Village on Mong Ngao Road in Kyaukme Township, killing one monk. The damage is still being investigated by the Ta’ang Women’s Organization- TWO.
A woman from Kyaukme said, “I heard a loud noise from the village. I don’t know exactly where it was, whether it was just in Nyaung Maung village or not. I heard it before 9 a.m. Last time it was in Nyaung Kone, the houses shook. I wasn’t that scared before, but now I’m really scared.”
Similarly, at 5:30 p.m. today, an airstrike bombing was carried out in the jungle between Loi Su Village and Pan The PyayVillage in the Nam Khone Village Tract, Monglon Township, which is controlled by the Ta’ang National Liberation Army – PSLF/TNLA. Daw Aye Pwint, 32, was injured in the hip.
Today, on October 18, the Ta’ang National Liberation Army – PSLF/TNLA-controlled Ta’ang region saw three (3) airstrikes on civilian areas where there was no fighting.
