MNDAA Drone-dropped Bomb attack damages houses and a monastery in Kutkai

A local woman from Loi Sai Village in Kutkai Township, Northern Shan State, reported that a drone bomb dropped by the Kokang Army or Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA) destroyed the village monastery, a school, and several houses of the locals. 

According to residents, the MNDAA launched the drone attack on Loi Sai Village on the evening of March 15.

“The monastery was completely destroyed. The damage included the main monastery building, the assembly hall, and a large school building. About 13 houses in the village were hit; three are now completely uninhabitable, while the remaining 10 can still be repaired,” she said.

Similarly, on the morning of March 15, the Shwe Kabar Aye Monastery was also hit by a drone bomb, which caused damage to the roof and solar panels, according to a local.
