One Injured in Airstrike Bombing at Kyaukme

The military council launched another airstrike on Kyaukme town, controlled by the Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA), at 6am today.
The bombing also damaged two houses and a chicken coop, as well as an Amaka School, he added.
Three shells dropped on Paingnegone village, and one on the primary school in Kyauktaung ward in Kyaukme, injuring a local woman.
A local man said, “Houses on Paingnegone side were hit. The house of Kyar Ngar Kaung Clinic house was also hit. One shell fell on Kyauktaung side, but we haven’t been able to go and see it yet.”
The bombing also damaged two houses and a chicken coop, as well as a primary school, he added.
Airstrikes on 11 July also targeted the district police station, the township police station, and KawLi Hotel on the outskirts of the town, killing one man from Nawnghkio and five others, who had taken refuge in the hotel.
